Not Again! Farm

Oh.. and how did my day go today?  Well…. I had booked 8 dogs in the shop today.  Julia and I were both working.  She had 4 and I had 4.  Its crowded and we step all over each other but we could have gotten them done by 2 with no problem.  Then she fell yesterday and broke her foot.  SIGH!!!  She is saying, “I can groom.”  And I am laughing at her cuz she can’t even walk.

Anyway, first dog was in at 7:30 this morning.  Last dog went home at 5:30.  I didn’t have time to stop for lunch, didn’t get any breakfast and stopped to get a piece of hard, overcooked dead pizza from the corner market on the way home.

So I am halfway home and I see flashing lights behind me.  SH__!!!  This very nice State trooper pulled me over to write me a ticket for a burnt out headlight.  SIGH!  He asks me when it went out.  I told him I noticed it yesterday when I was scraping ice.  He says, Why didn’t you get it fixed today????   Oh…. Wrong thing to say to an exhausted, hungry woman.  So I said, Well, let me tell you…..
